FADGI-Capable Scanning Solutions

As of June 30, 2024, Federal agencies must manage all permanent records in an electronic format, and the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) will no longer accept transfers of permanent or temporary records in an analog format. To ease this transition, OPEX® has developed FADGI-capable scanning solutions powered by intelligent software that provides state-of-the-art image quality, legendary paper handling, flexible outputs, and repeatable quality control. Whether a government entity or a private company providing services to government agencies, all can leverage OPEX Falcon+® series scanners with CertainScan® software to prepare digital workflows and systems for FADGI compliance.

Return Mail Solution for Medicaid Unwinding

As Medicaid Continuous Enrollment has ended, states and counties across the U.S. are terminating enrollment for individuals who don’t return the renewal form or provide proof of eligibility. This has left state and county departments flooded with undeliverable return mail, which staff must process manually. OPEX’s production scanners with integrated mail opening and extraction automate the entire return mail process, from envelope opening to data entry.
