OPEX® BELIEVES IN INVESTING IN YOU

Over the years, OPEX has developed a comprehensive benefits package that is committed to taking care of its employees. We know everyone has unique circumstances, which is why we continue to invest in flexible and affordable packages.

These comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage at exceptionally low employee contribution rates, as well as parental leave, ways to save for the future, dependent care savings, disability, life insurance and other resources to improve health and well-being.*

OPEX is also committed to developing the skills, education, and talent of our workforce by offering education tuition reimbursement, professional development, and vocational training programs.

Healthcare*

OPEX offers employees medical, prescription, dental and vision plans, as well as Flexible Spending and Dependent Care reimbursement accounts, life insurance, and disability at exceptionally low employee contribution rates.

Paid Time Off (PTO)*

All full-time and part-time employees are eligible for PTO. OPEX observes nine paid holidays. PTO may be used in full or half-day increments, carried over, or cashed out.

401(k) and Profit Sharing*

Our competitive 401(k) retirement plan includes a generous company match, and profit-sharing contributions to eligible employees to their 401(k) accounts on an annual basis.

Education Reimbursement*

OPEX offers full-time employees the opportunity to earn an approved degree or certificate program for up to 50% tuition reimbursement after 1 year of employment, and up to 100% reimbursement after 2 years.  Annual reimbursement amounts are limited to the lesser of 10% of an employee’s prior year earnings, or $5250.

Employee Recognition

Employee recognition comes in many shapes and forms at OPEX.  We have a birthday and anniversary program that recognizes important milestones.  We also shout out employees and find ways to make them feel special when they shine.

Short and Long Term Disability*

If you were to get injured or become ill, your ability to work and earn a full income could be impacted. OPEX offers employees working over 20 hours per week short-term disability for qualifying illnesses or injuries.  After 180 days of qualifying short-term leave, full-time employees are eligible for long-term disability.

*These benefits apply for US employees only.
