Xtract™를 사용하는 새로운 OPEX® Sure Sort® X는 주문 이행의 두 가지 주요 측면을 자동화하여 인력 부족 문제를 해결하기 위해 개발된 시장에서 유일하게 완전히 적응 가능한 턴키 솔루션입니다. 즉, 일괄 처리 분량 또는 웨이브 피킹된 재고와 이전의 수동 주문 테이크어웨이 프로세스를 통합하여 빠르게 분류할 수 있으며, 2년 이내에 투자금을 회수하는 경우가 많습니다.
OPEX Xtract는 주문 테이크어웨이 프로세스를 자동화하는 Sure Sort X의 옵션 기능입니다. Xtract iBOT은 분류된 주문이 들어 있는 토트를 검색하여 다운스트림 처리를 위해 배송 상자를 포함한 적절한 컨테이너로 분배합니다.

유도 스테이션
드롭 컨베이어는 초당 최대 1개의 항목을 최적으로 배송하기 위해 항목을 자동으로 가속화합니다. 항목이 스캔 터널에 도달하면 고정 장착 판독기로 6면에서 스캔되며 최대 8개의 바코드를 동시에 처리할 수 있습니다.
핸드 스캐너
판독이 어려운 품목은 편리한 핸드 스캐너를 통해 수동으로 스캔하고 처리할 수 있으므로 Sure Sort X는 특정한 유도 요구에 맞게 유연하게 조정할 수 있습니다.
