自動オーダーテイクアウト
新しいOPEX® Sure Sort® X with Xtract™は、バッチまたはウェーブピッキングされた在庫を統合することによる高速仕分けと、これまで手作業で行われていたオーダーピッキングという注文フルフィルメントの2つの重要な側面を自動化することで、人手不足の課題に対処するために開発された、市場において唯一完全に適応可能なターンキーソリューションです。投資利益率は多くの場合、わずか2年以内に実現します。
OPEX XtractはSure Sort Xのオプション機能で、オーダーピッキングを自動化します。Xtract iBOTは、仕分けされた注文品が入ったトートを回収し、下流処理のために出荷ボックスなどの適切な容器に分配します。

インダクションステーション
ドロップコンベアは、1秒間に最大1個の商品を適切に搬送するために、アイテムを自動的に加速します。アイテムがスキャントンネルに到達すると、固定式リーダーによって6面をスキャンし、最大8つのバーコードを同時に処理できます。
ハンドスキャナ
読み取りが困難な商品は、便利なハンドスキャナを用いて手動でスキャンし、処理することができるため、Sure Sort Xは特定のインダクションニーズに柔軟に対応できます。
可変仕分け位置
最大18インチ x 14インチ（45.7cm x 35.5cm）までの製品は、お客様のニーズに合わせて、配列設定が可能なさまざまなサイズやタイプのビンに仕分けられます。
