Statement on Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking

[This statement is OPEX’s modern slavery trafficking statement relating to section 54 of the United Kingdom’s Modern Slavery Act 2015 (“the Act”).]

OPEX strives to make ethical business choices when it comes to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking and will knowingly support or deal with any business that engages in the modern slavery or human trafficking. In furtherance of these objectives, OPEX confirms that no member of its company engages in modern slavery or human trafficking and that it will review its supply chain to evaluate modern slavery and human trafficking risks.

This statement will be reviewed and published annually. This Statement is for the financial year ending September 30, 2024.
