Maintain conservative financial management, which will dictate growth.

The Stevens family has always been an excellent steward of the company’s finances, holding true to the fourth corporate principle.
Through careful financial management, OPEX has realized some significant growth over the years. Our European-Middle Eastern-Africa (EMEA) operations in France and the UK have expanded to include Germany and Switzerland. Our Asian Pacific (APAC) presence has expanded to Australia, New Zealand, Japan, India and Singapore.
This principle does not mean that OPEX management is opposed to taking risks to assure company growth; the addition of the Warehouse Automation Division is evidence of this. Turning this idea into reality—using iBots to transport inventory to a picking station in order to automate warehouse fulfillment—required several years’ investment in employees, materials, and design. With careful management, the Stevens family ensured that this risk would eventually pay off.
